Service FAQs
Anything else, just ask — the assessment is free.
Is the profile assessment really free?
Yes. A senior counsellor reviews your academics, budget and goals and calls you back within 24 hours — at no cost and with no obligation to enrol. If a destination isn’t realistic for your profile yet, we’ll tell you honestly.
Which countries do you work with?
We are a multi-destination consultancy. Our core destinations are the UK, Malta, Cyprus, Netherlands and Georgia, with selective pathways into Germany, Sweden and other EU countries. We recommend the country that fits your profile — not whichever is easiest to sell.
How do you decide which destination is right for me?
Most consultancies push a country and force your profile to fit it. We do the opposite: we read your profile — grades, finances, intent and history — and then shortlist destinations where you can realistically get in, afford it and finish.
Are you a government-licensed consultancy?
Yes. Intandem Scholars Pvt. Ltd. operates under Government of Nepal license number 213/082/083. Working with a licensed firm protects your money and your application.
How are your fees structured?
Transparently, in two instalments — a modest non-refundable first instalment to begin work, and the balance only on visa approval. You’ll receive a written, bilingual service agreement before any payment.
I had a visa refusal before. Can you still help?
Often, yes. A previous refusal changes the strategy, not the possibility. We assess what went wrong, choose a destination and framing that addresses it, and rebuild the file properly. Several of our students succeeded after an earlier refusal.
Do I need IELTS or PTE?
It depends on the country, university and programme. Some institutions accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter — confirming your previous education was taught in English — in place of IELTS/PTE, subject to that institution's policy and the destination's immigration rules. This is not guaranteed everywhere: many top-tier universities, and regulated fields such as nursing, medicine and teaching, still require an approved English test. During your free assessment we check exactly what your specific university and visa route accept, in writing, before you rely on it.
How soon can I start?
It depends on your destination and intake. Georgia and several EU options move quickly; the UK and Netherlands follow fixed September/January cycles. Book a free assessment and we’ll map your earliest realistic intake.
